摘要
巷道支护对整个生产系统构成和安全及其重要,文章以兴明矿为研究对象,采用相似材料模拟的方法,对本矿井的锚杆-锚索联合支护效果进行模拟分析,以求验证的支护方案在现场应用可行。通过对实验过程中监测得到的巷道围岩位移和应力结果进行分析,得出:巷道围岩在刚开掘后会产生较为明显的位移变形,且位移速率较大,随着时间的推移,位移速率减小、位移趋于稳定,最终在巷道开掘第20 d左右,顶板与两帮的位移速率变为零。即可认为巷道围岩在开掘21 d后达到了新的应力平衡状态。
Roadway support structure and security of the whole production system and its important,based on xing Ming mine as the research object,using the methods of similar material simulation,the anchor of this mine-and anchor rope combined support effect is simulated analysis,in order to verify the support plan in field application is feasible. Through the experiment in the process of the roadway surrounding rock displacement and stress results of monitoring were analyzed,and concluded that surrounding rock after just dig produces more obvious deformation,displacement and displacement velocity is larger,with the passage of time,the displacement rate reduce,displacement tends to be stable,finally in laneway digging around 20 d,the displacement of roof and two rate to zero. It can be concluded that the roadway surrounding rock reaches the new stress equilibrium state after the excavation of 21 d.
