摘要
论述了在转型发展背景下应用型人才培养所面临的新挑战.在此基础上,对许昌学院《食品工艺学》实验课程的培养目标、组织形式、教学方法以及实践效果等问题进行了探讨.
The new challenges facing the training of applied talents under the background of transformation and development are discussed. On this basis, the training objectives, organizational forms, teaching methods and practical effects of the experimental course of " Food Technology" in Xuchang University are discussed.
