摘要
为了研究离子注入对黑花生低聚原花青素的影响,用低能N+注入黑花生种子,经传代选育,采用优化提取条件,料液比1∶18、乙醇浓度35%、水浴温度65℃、水浴时间40min,测量8个样品的低聚原花青素含量,结果表明,N^+离子注入黑花生使低聚原花青素的含量升高.
For the effect of low energy ion implantation on the Black Peanut, the oligomeric proaflth cya flidin content of eight samples was measured by "the N+ injection of Black Peanu seeds, well known gen eration, "the optimum extraction condition, "the ratio 1:18, "the ethanol concentration 35 %, "the water bath temperature G5℃, "the water bath "time 40min, and "the results showed that "the content of oligomeric proaflth cyaflidin was increased by ion implantation of Black Peanut.
