支气管哮喘患儿外周血NF-κB及血清SAA表达与肺功能相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨支气管哮喘患儿外周血核因子(NF)-κB及血清淀粉样蛋白(serum amyloid A,SAA)表达与肺功能相关性。方法:92例哮喘患儿为哮喘组,同期正常体检的30名健康儿童作为对照组。分别采用蛋白免疫印迹法及酶联免疫吸附法测定外周血NF-κB及血清SAA表达,并对外周血NF-κB及血清SAA表达与肺功能相关性进行探讨。结果:哮喘组患儿外周血NF-κB及血清SAA表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01);但哮喘组患儿最大呼气峰流速占预计值百分比、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比及第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);在哮喘组中,患儿外周血NF-κB及血清SAA表达与其上述肺功能指标呈明显负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:NF-κB及SAA通过参与气道重塑及炎性反应,在支气管哮喘发病过程中起一定作用。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the levels of nuclear factor-κB( NF-κB) and serum amyloid A( SAA),and lung function in children with asthma. Methods: Ninety-two children with bronchial asthma and 30 healthy children were divided into the asthma group and control group,respectively. The levels of NF-κB and SAA in two groups were detected using the protein immunoblotting and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,respectively. The correlation between the levels of NF-κB and SAA,and lung function was investigated. Results: The levels of NF-κB and SAA in asthma group were significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 01),but the percentage of peak expiratory flow velocity to predicted value( PEF%),percentage of the 1 st second force expiratory to predicted value( FEV1%) and FEV1/FVC in asthma group were significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0. 01). The levels of NF-κB and SAA in the asthma group were significantly negatively correlated with lung function indexes( PEF%,FEV1%,and FEV1/FVC)( P〈0. 01). Conclusions: NF-κB and SAA can play certain roles in the attack process of bronchial asthema by participating in the airway reconstruction and inflammatory reaction.
