共轭亚油酸对铅脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

Effects of Conjugated Linoleic Acid Against Lipid Peroxidative Injury Induced by Lead on Mice

摘要 目的探讨共轭亚油酸(CLA)对铅致小鼠脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法50只昆明种健康成年小鼠随机等分为正常对照组、醋酸铅组(100 mg/kg)和3个CLA保护组(50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg),保护组采用铅和共轭亚油酸共同灌胃,各动物按体重0.1 mL/10g计算灌胃体积,隔日灌胃一次,共4周。检测小鼠心、脑和肝脏脏器系数及血清、肝组织中MDA含量及SOD、GSH-Px活性。结果铅染毒组小鼠脏器系数增大(P<0.05),SOD和GSH-PX活性下降(P<0.05),MDA含量升高(P<0.05)。中、高剂量CLA保护组小鼠脏器系数S、OD和GSH-PX活性以及MDA含量与铅损伤组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论CLA对铅所致氧化损伤有保护作用。 Objective To explore effects of conjugeted linoleic acid ( CLA ) against lipid peroxidization induced by lead on mice. Methods 50 mice were averagely divided into five groups randomly. The organ coefficient of heart, liver and brain were calculated, and the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and content of MDA were measured by relative test. Results The content of MDA and activity of SOD, GSH-Px in mouse blood sentm and liver treated with CLA were coincident to the mice bearing lead (P〈0.05), while the activity of SOD and GSH-PX increased and the content of MDA declined. Conclusion CLA have a protective effect against Lipid peroxidative injury induced by lead and the protection probably have something to do with reducing oxidative stress.
