摘要
随着农药适用领域的扩大,农药废弃物已经成为严重的生态污染源,而这污染源绝大部分来自于对农药包装废弃物的随意丢弃,因此如何对其进行有效的循环利用,是现阶段控制污染的首要任务。从废弃物包装的现状出发,发现问题并提出相应对策,希望通过政府、企业与消费者的多方协作,共建美好家园,同时为我国包装回收体系的建立提供参考。
With the expansion of pesticide application, pesticide waste has become a serious source of ecological pollution, and mostly comes from the random disposal of pesticide packaging waste, so how to effectively recycle it is the current top priority for pollution control. This paper started with the status quo of waste packaging, pointed out the problems and proposed corresponding countermeasures. It suggested that governments, enterprises and consumers collaborate to build the packaging recycling system for beautiful home establishment in China.
