摘要
目的探讨夫妇双方体质量指数(BMI)等对辅助生育受精结局的影响。方法共2 532对因输卵管因素行体外受精(IVF)治疗夫妇为研究对象,按照夫妇双方BMI分成4组(A、B、C、D组),回顾性分析4组夫妇精液参数及受精结果等指标。结果男性BMI与精液参数、受精结局无相关性,但与女性BMI结合,BMI女高男低组(D组)的有效胚胎数、优质胚胎数与其他3组比较均较高,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);夫妇双方的BMI差值与精液参数和控制性促排卵结果无显著相关。结论夫妇双方BMI对受精结局产生作用,不同BMI家庭组合是否影响胚胎移植结果尚需探讨,并建议进一步评估男性和女性肥胖的关系。
Objective To assess the effects of both male and female body mass index（BMIs） on the results of In-Vitro fertilization. Methods 2532 cases of tubal factors infertile couples data after in vitro fertilization, according to the couple BMI were divided into four groups,semen and embryologic parameters were retrospectively analyzed. Results BMI of men does not associated with sperm parameters and embryo quality, but influences the BMI of women. There was a slight indication that normal-weight men partnered with over-weight women had the highest effective embryo number, high quality embryo number, impact on embryo quality（P〈0.05） compared with the reference of other three groups. But there was no significant correlation with couples of BMI difference, semen parameters, controlling stimulate ovulation results. Conclusion The partner BMI influences the quality of produced embryos. Our finding of the improvement in pregnancy success with different BMI family combination should be interpreted with caution and suggests that future research is needed to assess the relationship between male and female adiposity.
