摘要
双Buck逆变器分为全周期和半周期控制,相较全周期控制,半周期控制避免了额外的开关和通态损耗,但由此带来电流过零畸变问题。定量分析空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方式下电感电流过零时刻纹波大小,确定为抑制过零畸变而在电流过零附近将半周期控制转换为全周期控制的转换条件,在电感电流断续区采用全周期控制,通过理论计算给出全周期控制最小区间,在有效消除过零畸变的前提下降低全周期控制增加的额外损耗,以保证整个系统的效率。通过实验验证了理论分析。
The control method of dual Buck inverter can be divided into full cycle and half cycle control.Compared with the full cycle control,the half cycle control can avoid the extra switching loss and the on state loss,but it brings about the problem of current zero crossing distortion.The quantitative analysis of inductor current ripple at zero time in space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) is given and the conversion condition of half cycle control to full control to suppress the zero crossing distortion of current is confirmed.Moreover,the full cycle control is adopted in the intermittent area of the inductor current,and the minimum interval of the full cycle control is given by theoretical calculation to reduce the loss under the premise of effectively eliminating the zero distortion and to ensure the efficiency of the whole system.The theoretical analysis is verified by experiment.
