摘要 电流滞环控制具有易于实现、快速的动态响应和无条件稳定等优点,但该控制方法使逆变器的开关频率不固定,造成逆变器输出滤波器设计困难,因此很少有文献提及此种滤波器的设计方法。该文研究了一种基于电流滞环控制的半桥双降压式逆变器输出滤波器的设计方法。该方法从短路特性和稳压精度两方面阐述了如何最优选取滤波电感,从谐振频率和无功补偿两方面阐述了如何最优选取滤波电容。研制了一台500W的原理样机,通过实验验证了该设计方法设计的滤波器具有良好的滤波性能,使逆变器取得了精确的稳压精度和较高的效率。 Hysteresis current control method has the characters of simple implementation, a rapid dynamic response and unconditional stability. But this control method made the switching frequency varying widely. So it was difficult to design the output f'dter of the inverter. Almost no one has expressed how to design this kind of output filter. In this paper a design method of half bridge dual buck inverter's output filter based on hysteresis current control was presented. In this method how to choose the inductor optimally based on short circuit function and the voltage drop, how to choose the capacitor optimally based on resonant frequency and the compensation of reactive power, were presented. A 500VA prototype was designed. The results of the experiment verified the filter designed by this method had well effect, made the inverter have accurate the precision of voltage and high efficiency.
