甜瓜种质资源耐寒性评价 被引量:10

Evaluation of Chilling Tolerance of Melon Germplasm Resources

摘要 旨在筛选甜瓜耐寒种质资源,为甜瓜耐寒性育种奠定基础。本研究以31份甜瓜资源为试验材料。在种子萌发期,经过18℃的低温胁迫处理后,对种子相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数进行了测定,并进行了隶属函数分析和聚类分析。对31份甜瓜资源的幼苗进行昼夜温度为9℃/6℃的低温胁迫处理,计算冷害指数,并进行聚类分析。在种子萌发期,将31份甜瓜资源依其耐寒性划分为高度耐寒型(2个)、耐寒型(7个)、中度耐寒型(16个)、敏感型(3个)、高度敏感型(3个)5类。在幼苗期,31份甜瓜资源依其耐寒性也划分为高度耐寒型(2个)、耐寒型(4个)、中度耐寒型(11)、敏感型(10个)、高度敏感型(4个)5类。 The aims are to screen the chilling-tolerant germplasm resources of melon and lay a foundation formelon chilling-tolerance breeding.In this study,31 melon germplasms were used as materials.During thegermination stage,the seeds were cultivated with 18℃ chilling stress.The relative germination percentage,relative germination index and relative vigor index were calculated and then analyzed by subordinate functionanalysis and cluster analysis.During the seedling stage,the seedlings of 31 melon germplasms were treatedwith 9℃/6℃(day/night) chilling stress.The chilling injury index was calculated and then analyzed by clusteranalysis.The results showed that,at germination stage,31 melon germplasms could be divided into 5 chilling-tolerance types,including high-tolerant type(2 lines),tolerant type(7 lines),moderately tolerant type(16 lines),susceptible type(3 lines) and high-susceptible type(3 lines).At seedling stage,31 melon germplasmscould be classified into 5 chilling-tolerant types,including high-tolerant type(2 lines),tolerant type(4 lines),moderately tolerant type(11 lines),susceptible type(10 lines) and high-susceptible type(4 lines).
