摘要
目的:研究建立气质联用同时检测花椒油中BHA,BHT,TBHQ的方法。方法:采用液液萃取提取待测成分,QuEChERS方法进一步净化,通过选择合适的监测离子,建立气质联用方法。结果:在0~0.4g/kg测定范围内,加标样品回收率为80.8%~107.9%,精密度为0.8%~1.4%,检出限为0.2~1.0mg/kg。结论:该方法通过QuEChERS净化,减少了基质干扰,缩短了检测时间,检出限、精密度、回收率良好,可以应用于花椒油中抗氧化剂的检测。
Object：To establish a method for determination of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in Zanthoxylum bungeanumoil by QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS.Method：The analytes are extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with C_（18） and PSA,select appropriate ion to establish GC-MS/MS method.To evaluate the method from the recovery rate,precision,detection limit and actual samples respectively.Result：The method has a great recovery rate in the concentration range of 0~0.4 g/kg,the recovery rate is80.8%~107.9%,the precision is 0.8%~1.4%,the detection limit is 0.2~1.0 mg/kg.Conclusion：The method is purified by QuEChERS to reduce matrix interference and shorten the detection time.The detection limit,precision and recovery rate are good.It can be used for the detection of antioxidants in Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil.
