综合护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制质量的影响

摘要 目的探究综合护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制质量的影响。方法选择在该院接受治疗的60例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,所有对象均收治于2015年8月—2017年5月,将其按照入院编号单双数分为两组,编号为单的30例患者作为对照组,实施常规护理干预;编号为双的30例患者作为研究组,实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者血糖控制质量。结果研究组患者心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能以及角色功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者空腹血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究患者餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行综合护理可有效控制患者血糖,患者生活质量得到提升,值得临床大力推广使用。
