摘要
目的探究护理干预对提高结核病患者从医行为的具体影响。方法选择2017年6月至2018年9月到本院就诊的38例结核病患者,通过数字表法随机分成两组。试验组19例施行完全管理模式干预;对照组19例施行常规护理模式干预。结果 (1)两组患者依从性比较:试验组的依从性(94.74%)显著高于对照组(84.21%),两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)两组患者有效率比较:试验组的有效率(94.74%)显著高于对照组(78.95%),两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对结核病患者施行完全管理模式干预,可显著提高其从医行为,增强临床疗效,降低治疗风险,受到结核病患者的广泛认可。
Objective To explore the specific impact of nursing intervention on improving the behavior of patients with tuberculosis.Methods A total of 38tuberculosis patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017to September 2018were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method.19patients in the experimental group underwent complete management mode intervention;19patients in the control group underwent routine nursing mode intervention.Results (1)Comparison of compliance between the two groups:the compliance of the experimental group (94.74%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.21%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);(2)Comparison of the two groups of patients with effective rate: the effective rate of the experimental group (94.74%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.95%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of complete management mode intervention for tuberculosis patients can significantly improve their medical behavior, enhance clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of treatment,and is widely recognized by tuberculosis patients.
