摘要 目前病理标本大多采用人工管理模式,费时费力,容易出现标本错检漏检的情况。针对这种现状,提出一种基于RFID技术的病理标本实时追踪与自动管理系统的解决方案。利用无源高频标签作为标本标识编码的载体,使用RFID读写器和串口-网口服务器搭建多个RFID数据采集和网络传输节点,实现对标本接收、流转、回收的实时监控。相比条形码和二维码,该项技术允许同时标记和识别多个目标对象,减少手工操作的步骤,在耐用性、识别速度和使用效率方面具有明显的优势。 There are various drawbacks such as low efficiency and the occurrence possibility of mistakes in specimens labeling and processing due to the limitation existed in manual work mode,which is popular under a pathology laboratory environment.As the solution for the problem associated with specimen real-time tracking and automatic management,an application of radio-frequency identification(RFID)was presented.Several nodes of RFID data collection were deployed with the utilization of RFID readers and serial device servers and passive high-frequency tags were used as the carriers for encoding the labeled specimens,resulting in that the system could instantaneously monitor the workflow,including specimen reception,circulation,recycle,etc.Comparing with the barcode and the QR code,the RFID technology can reduce the necessity of manual work in specimen tracking and management by the means of labeling and identifying multiple objects simultaneously.As a result,a remarkable superiority in the aspect of durability,identification rate as well as work efficiency is demonstrated.
