摘要
目的探讨失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)管理工具在手术室标本管理中的应用效果。方法运用FMEA管理工具对手术室标本管理进行系统分析,计算风险优先指数(RPN)值,查找标本管理中存在的高危环节问题,制定标本送检改进方案,优化标本管理流程。结果实施FMEA后,手术标本管理15个高危环节的RPN值均降至125分以下,手术标本安全事件发生率从0.176%降至0.101%,手术标本管理质量评价月平均得分从89.53提高到97.65,与实施前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将FMEA管理工具应用于手术室标本管理,可以降低手术室医疗风险,为手术患者提供强有力的安全保障。
Objective To investigate the application effect of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)management tool in the management of operating room specimens.Methods The FMEA management tool was used to conduct the operating room specimen management,calculate the risk priority number(RPN)score,find out the high-risk link problems in specimen management,formulate the improvement plan of specimen submission,and optimize the specimen management process.Results After carrying out the FMEA management tool,RPN scores of 15 high-risk links in operating room specimen management were all below 125 points,the incidence of operating room specimen safety events were decreased from 0.176%to 0.101%,and the quality evaluation monthly average score of operating room specimen management increased 89.53 from 97.65.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying FMEA management tool in the operating room specimen management can decrease operating room medical risks,and provide strongly security for surgical patients.
