摘要
该工程要求在地线上安装22只警航球,警航球直径为800mm,每只球为两个半球合二为一包夹于地线,采用等距安装。在长江上方近300米高空悬空地线上安装警航球难度大,安全风险高,需研制专用载人及运输警航球装置,制定合理的施工方法才能保证安装施工顺利实施。通过对安装难点分析,针对施工特点设计专用飞车,有效地解决了施工难题,为类似施工安装积累了经验。
The project requires the installation of 22 police aerials on the ground. The diameter of the police aerial ball is 800mm. Each ball consists of two hemispheres and two packs, each of which is clamped to the ground and is mounted equidistantly. It is difficult to install a police air ball on a suspended ground above the Yangtze River with a height of 300 meters above the ground, and the safety risk is high. It is necessary to develop a dedicated manned and transported police ball device and formulate a reasonable construction method to ensure the smooth implementation of installation and construction. Through the analysis of installation difficulties, the design and development of special-purpose vehicles for construction characteristics has effectively solved construction problems and accumulated experience for similar construction and installation.
