摘要
发动机挠性飞轮盘是汽车发动机的核心部件之一,是连接发动机和变速器的纽带,可使发动机输出的转速、扭矩更加均匀。针对目前国内螺栓装配设备兼容性差、控制精度低和人工装配因素等会影响装配质量和效率的问题,研发了发动机挠性飞轮盘螺纹装配工业机器人项目,提高了装配的自动化和柔性化程度,保证了装配质量和生产效率。
The flexible flywheel disk is core component of automobile engine, which is the connect components between engine and gear-box. Flywheel is an energy conservator, it can obviously improve engine revs and torque smoothness. Aim at the weak on bolt assembly equipment compatibility, low control precision, low efficiency, this project developed flexible flywheel disc assembly industry robot, which can improve assembly quality and flexible production efficiency. This project solves the problem of thread assembly with complex structure, and innovate application mode of industrial robot, which fills the gap at home and abroad in the field.
