摘要
淇河鲫(Carassius auratus),具有背宽体厚的特点,有较大的经济价值。[目的]探究温度对淇河鲫胚胎发育的影响。[方法]在繁殖季节通过干法授精的方法获得雌核发育淇河鲫胚胎,分别在不同的温度(室温(21℃)、24℃、27℃、30℃、33℃)下孵化,观察胚胎在不同温度下的发育情况,并统计不同孵化温度下胚胎的受精率与孵化率。[结果]根据外部形态特征可以将淇河鲫胚胎发育分为7个阶段,不同温度条件下各阶段经历的时间有显著性差异(P<0.05),孵化速率与温度呈负相关,且温度过高会导致胚胎死亡;同时,温度对淇河鲫胚胎受精率和孵化率影响也较大,在21~27℃范围内,受精率与孵化率随着温度的升高而升高;在27~33℃范围内,受精率与孵化率随着温度的升高而降低。[结论]生产上为了提高胚胎孵化效率,可以在胚胎发育早期(受精关键时期)与后期分别采用不同温度以提高其受精率与孵化率。
The Qihe crucian carp(Carassius auratus),characterized by the thickness of the back and wide body,have important economic values.[Objective]The present study was aimed to explore the effect of water temperature on the embryo development of Qihe crucian carp.[Methods]The embryos of carps were obtained by artificial insemination in the breeding season,and were cultured at different temperatures(21 ℃,24 ℃,27 ℃,30 ℃,and 33 ℃).The morphological characteristics of each developmental stage were observed.The fertilization rate and the hatch rate of embryos were recorded at different temperatures.[Results]The results showed that the embryonic developmental process of Qihe crucian carp could be divided into 7 stages,including fertilized egg stage,blastula stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage,tail-bud stage,organogenesis stage,and hatching stage.A significant difference of the hatching time among different hatching temperatures was observed.Specifically,there was a negative correlation between hatching time and temperature within certain range,and temperature higher than 33℃led to the death of embryos.Besides,the fertility rate and hatching rate of the Qihe crucian carp embryos were also influenced by the temperature,and both of them were up regulated within the temperature between 21 and 27 ℃,while both of these two features were decreased with the temperature at 27-33 ℃.[Conclusion]In order to improve the hatching rate of embryos,different temperatures can be used in the early stage(key stage of fertilization)and in the later stage of embryo development to increase fertilization rate and hatching rate.
