摘要
目的:探讨综合心理护理干预对老年冠心病患者的心理状态以及生活质量的影响。方法:收治老年冠心病患者38例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理干预基础上给予综合心理护理干预,比较两组护理后心理状态以及生活质量。结果:研究组治疗后心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合心理护理干预可有效改善老年冠心病患者的心理状态及生活质量。
Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：38 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the research group was given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention,and the psychological state and quality of life was compared between the two groups after nursing.Results：The score of psychological state of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention could improve the psychological state and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease effectively.
