穴位按摩预防膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓的护理研究 被引量：19

摘要 下肢深静脉血栓（deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs,DVT）的形成是膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty,TKA）术后最常见的并发症[1],若未采取有效的预防措施,一旦发生易形成肺栓塞,危害患者生命,这也是导致骨关节科医疗纠纷的常见原因之一。即使在采用机械或药物预防的情况下,下肢深静脉血栓的发生率仍可达15%-30%[2-3]。
