摘要
用晶格玻尔兹曼方法(lattice Boltzmann method-LBM)研究血液微循环中血液的运动,通过将毛细血管近似为弹性管,把血浆和红细胞内容物视为不可压缩的牛顿流体,而其中膜和毛细血管用曲线边界条件实现,流体对膜的作用力并用压力张量积分法计算。运用让弹性管发生周期性的形变模拟中医滚法推拿的手法,探索中医推拿的活血化淤的原理和微循环的机理。
The movement of red blood cells in the microcirculation was studied in this paper based on the lattice Blotzmann method. The capillary was simulated by elastic tube while the two-dimensional red cell was simplified as a closed elastic membrane—the tension of it was larger than its bending. The fluid inside and outside the red blood cell was treated as incompressible Newtonian fluid. In our simulation, curved boundary condition was imple-mented on the membrane and capillary. The hydrodynamic force exerted on the membrane was evaluated by stress-integration. Through the elastic tube under the periodic deformation, “promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasi” in the Traditional Chinese Medical Massage (TCMM) and microcirculation were discussed.
