QuEChERS-气相色谱质谱联用检测辣椒中33种农药残留 被引量:9

Determination of 33 Pesticides Residues in Pepper using QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer

摘要 建立辣椒中33种农药残留QuEChERS净化,气相色谱质谱联用仪快速的检测方法。乙腈超声提取,N-正丙基乙二胺(primary secondary amine,PSA)和C18净化,经HP-5MS色谱柱分离后测定。在测定浓度范围0.4μg/m L^20.0μg/m L内线性关系良好,r>0.995;添加浓度为25、80、150μg/kg时平均回收率为74.31%~119.72%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~15.3%(n=6),检出限(LOD)为0.02μg/kg^4.6μg/kg,定量下限(LOQ)为0.07μg/kg^15.3μg/kg。本方法适用于辣椒中33种农药残留的检测。 To establish a quick and sensitive method for the determination of 33 pesticide residues in pepper by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),the pepper samples using GC-MS equipped with a HP-5 MS column for the detection. Extraction was performed with acetonitrile by ultrasound,purified by a mixed sorbent of primary secondary amine(PSA)and C18. The linearity range of this method was from 0.4 μg/m L-20.0 μg/m L,r〉0.995. The RSDs and the spiked recoveries were 2.0 %-15.3 %(n=6)and 74.31 %-119.72 % respectively in spiked level of 25,80,150 μg/kg,while the LODs and LOQs of the method were 0.02 μg/kg-4.6 μg/kg and 0.07μg/m L-15.3 μg/kg respectively. The established method was suitable for determination of 33 pesticide residues in pepper.
