摘要
随着造纸行业自动化与信息化的发展,面对当今行业深化市场化取向改革、精益化管理和智能制造的发展需要,造纸行业的生产过程管理和信息化需求也日益增强,导致传统的MES系统无法支撑企业的需求和持续性发展,本文研究MES系统升级项目在造纸行业中的应用,由传统意义上的集成制造执行系统向智能化、精益化系统转变。以精益MES系统建设为抓手,建立精细标准,实施精准控制,推行精益化生产。实现管理精益化与管控智能化、提升制造力和执行力,将造纸行业信息化推向一个新的高度。
With the development of pulp and paper industry automation and information,deepen the reform of the market orientation in the face of today＇s industry,the lean management and to the development of intelligent manufacturing,production process management and information technology in papermaking industry demand is also growing,cause the traditional MES system can＇t support the demand and sustainable development of the enterprise,this paper studies MES system upgrade project application in papermaking industry,the integration of the traditional manufacturing execution system change to the system of intelligent lean.With lean MES system construction as the grasp,establish fine standard,implement precise control,implement lean production.Realize management lean and control intelligentization,enhance manufacturing force and execution force,push paper industry informatization to a new height.
