摘要
我国的医院管理模式已步入了战略管理的时代,战略的制定有利于提高医院管理绩效、降低成本、改善服务,指导医院管理者结合环境与机遇做出正确决策。该文运用PEST模型结合SWOT矩阵法分析适合某三级综合医院发展的长期战略规划,并结合医院的优势与短板选择相应的发展战略,促进医院可持续发展。
The hospital management model in China has entered into the strategic management period, and the formulation of strategies is conductive to improving the hospital management performance, reducing costs, improving services and guiding the hospital managers to make the accurate decisions according to the environment and opportunity. The paper analyzes the long-term strategic plan in the tertiary hospitals according to the PEST model combined with SWOT matrix method and selects the corresponding development strategies combined with the advantages and disadvantages of hospital thus promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
