摘要
2020年是我国“十三五”规划的收官之年,也是制定“十四五”规划的关键时期。在不断深化的医疗体制改革大背景下,探索政策和行业环境变革时期医院应采取的发展战略,具有重要研究价值。该文以R医院作为研究对象,运用SWOT定性分析方法,挖掘R医院自身的优势与劣势,研究外部环境给医院带来的机遇与威胁;结合内外部因素分析情况,运用SWOT定量模型进行战略定位并制定相应战略措施。
2020 is the final year of our country's 13th Five-Year Plan,and it is also a critical period for the formulation of the 14th Five-Year Plan.Under the background of the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system,exploring the development strategy that the hospital should adopt during the period of policy and industrial environmental changes has important research value.This article takes R hospital as the research object,uses SWOT qualitative analysis method,excavates R hospital’s own advantages and disadvantages,and studies the opportunities and threats brought by the external environment to the hospital;combined with the analysis of internal and external factors,the SWOT quantitative model is used for strategic positioning and formulating corresponding strategic measures.
