摘要
目的分析血府逐瘀汤治疗脑震荡引起头痛的临床效果,为临床治疗该病提供可行性参考依据。方法选取我院92例脑震荡引起头痛患者作为研究对象,按不同治疗方法分为研究组与对照组,每组各46例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,研究组在此基础上予以血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为84.78%,高于对照组(P<0.05);1年内的复发率为2.17%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑震荡引起头痛使用中药血府逐瘀汤治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,疗效显著且复发率低,具有十分良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction on headache caused by concussion, and to provide a feasible reference for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods 92 cases of headache patients in our hospital were selected as the study object, and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The study group was treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction on the basis of this and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 84.78%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate within one year was 2.17%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Concussions cause headaches and the use of traditional Chinese medicine xuefu zhuyu decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with significant analgesic effect, and has very good clinical application value.
