摘要
血液标本溶血是临床生化检验工作较为常见的一种现象,也会对生化检验结果的准确性造成影响,使其不能客观反映出患者身体各项指标情况,也会对后续医生的诊断等造成影响。该文探讨血液标本的溶血现象对生化检验准确性的影响,具体分析其对生化检验指标、临床疾病诊断等的影响,并提出一些预防性的对策,促进生化检验工作的质量和水平的不断提高。
The hemolytic interference of blood specimens is a common phenomenon in the clinical biochemical test work,and it can also have an effect on the accuracy of biochemical test, thus making it fail to reflect various indicators and impacting the diagnosis of subsequent doctors. The hemolytic interference is common in the clinical biochemical test work, and the paper studies the effect of hemolytic interference of blood specimens on the accuracy of biochemical test, analyzes the effect on the biochemical test indicators and clinical disease diagnosis in detail and puts forwards some preventive strategies thus promoting the continuous improvement of biochemical test quality and level.
