摘要
能源是经济和社会发展和改善所有国家生活的必要条件。随着人类社会的发展进步,能源消耗越来越快。目前,一个国家面临着能源生产和使用的严峻挑战。为迎接这个挑战,许多国家制定了相关的能源政策。在美国,能源动力政策的许多方面分散到国家层面,如州际能源契约。州际能源契约是指两个或两个以上的州之间的合同安排,并且这两个州之间会就具体的政策问题达成一致,采取一套标准或就某一地区或国家事务互相合作。这些洲际契约的使命是促进这些州之间的合作交流,以开发和管理核能技术。文章基于主成分分析法,对能源结构进行了研究。
Energy is essential for economic and social development and the improvement of life in all the countries. With the progress of human society, energy consumption is getting faster and faster. At present, a country faces the harsh challenge of energy production and use. To meet this challenge, many countries have formulated relevant energy policies. In the United States, many aspects of energy policy are decentralized to the state level,such as the interstate energy compact. An interstate compact is a contractual arrangement made between two or more states in which these states agree on a specific policy issue and either adopt a set of standards or cooperate with one another on a particular regional or national matter. The mission of these intercontinental contracts is to promote cooperation among these states in the development and management of nuclear energy technologies. Based on principal component analysis method, the energy structure is studied in this paper.
