铰接式自卸车操纵稳定性影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 铰接式自卸车前后车体属于非刚性连接,高速行驶时容易出现"蛇形"失稳现象,需要对对铰接式车辆直线行驶稳定性进行分析。根据铰接式自卸车结构特点,根据运动学和动力学分析,搭建其数学模型及整车拓扑结构。在此基础上,基于ADAMS搭建整车多体动力学虚拟样机,生成基于正弦波叠加法的三维随机路面谱;基于AEMSim搭建转向系统和油气悬架系统液压模型;基于Simulink设计频率加权函数滤波器。通过ADAMS/AMESim/Simulink三者联合,对整车操纵稳定性进行分析。对整车进行稳态回转试验和转向盘角阶跃输入试验模拟分析;分析后车体质心位置变化、悬挂缸参数、连通油气悬架对稳定性影响。可知,整车具有明显的不足转向特性;后车体质心位置变化在低速时对横摆角速度和侧向加速度影响不大,但随车速变化影响显著;蓄能器预充气压力、蓄能器体积或两者的匹配对稳定性影响最大;连通式油气悬架结构形式有利于提升整车操纵稳定性。 Articulated dump truck is a non-rigid connection between front and rear body,high-speed driving prone to"snakelike"destabilizing phenomenon,so there need to analysis the straight-line stability of articulated vehicle. According to the structural characteristics of the articulated dump truck,according to the kinematics and dynamics analysis,the mathematical model and vehicle topology structure of the truck was built. A multi-body dynamic virtual prototype was built based on ADAMS,and three-dimensional random pavement spectrum was generated based on sinusoidal wave superposition method.The hydraulic model of the steering system and hydro-pneumatic suspension system was built based on AEMSim. The frequency weighting function filter was built Based on Simulink. Through ADAMS/AMESim/Simulink three joint,the vehicle handling stability was analyzed. The steady-state rotation test and steering wheel angle-step test of the vehicle were simulated and analyzed. Effect on the stability from the change of the center position of the body,the parameters of the suspension cylinder and the connected hydro-pneumatic suspension were analyzed. It can be seen that the vehicle has obvious understeering characteristics. The change of the center position of the rear body has little effect on the yaw rate and lateral acceleration at low speed,but the effect is significant with the vehicle speed; the accumulator pre-charge pressure,the accumulator volume or the matching of the two has the greatest influence on the stability. The structure of the connected hydro-pneumatic suspension is helpful to enhance the handling stability of the vehicle.
