摘要
调研了市面上承载式轿车车身结构,创建了钢铝车身框架结构正向开发参数化模型数据库管理模式。利用参数驱动设计的方法,建立了可供钢铝车身概念设计的参数化车身框架结构系统。综合考虑静动态性能探讨了钢铝混合车身框架结设计方案,并基于车身框架分层"子结构"的思想对车身框架进行第一层次分块,通过实例车型应用实验获取了满足静动态车身性能指标的钢铝一体化车身框架结构,从而验证了设计方法的合理性。为车身框架结构的概念阶段设计提供了参考依据,对车身结构开发方法的研究具有指导意义。
A large number of bearing car body structure on the market were investigated,and a management mode of the parameterized models database was created for the steel-aluminum hybrid vehicle body frame structure during the forward development. By using the parameter-driven design method,a parameterized body frame structural system for conceptual design of steel and aluminum body was established. Considering static and dynamic performance,the vehicle body frame structure design of steel and aluminum hybrid were discussed,and based on the concept of vehicle body frame layered"substructure",the first level framework of car body was divided into blocks,and by application of the design method on a model,a steel and aluminum hybrid vehicle body frame structure which can satisfy the static and dynamic performance was acquired and the result verified the rationality of the design method. It provides a reference for the design of the body framework structure during the conceptual stages and guidance for the study of body structure development approach.
