摘要
采用酶解辅助法提取虎杖中的有效成分白藜芦醇,考察酶用量、提取温度、提取液pH、提取时间、固液比和提取次数对白藜芦醇提取率的影响。结果表明,白藜芦醇提取最佳工艺条件为:酶用量0.50%,提取温度45℃,提取液pH=6.5,提取时间5.0 h,固液比1/22 g/mL,提取次数2次。在此条件下,虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取率可达75.66%,纯度3.80%。
The resveratrol in polygonum cuspidatum was extracted by an enzymolysis assist way. The effect of extraction temperature,extraction pH,extraction time,solid-liquid and extraction times on the yield of resveratrol were investigated. The result showed that the obtained optimal conditions were:enzyme dosage,0. 50%,extraction temperature 45 ℃,pH of extraction solution 6. 5,extraction time 5. 0 h,solid-liquid ratio 1/22 g/mL. After extracting at above giving conditions for 2 times,the extraction ratio was 75. 66%,the purity of extracts was 3. 80%.
