正交实验法优选虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取工艺 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨虎杖中白藜芦醇的最佳水提工艺。方法采用正交实验法:4因素,3水平,以提取物中白藜芦醇含量为评价指标。结果实验设计因素中提取温度、提取次数的影响最为显著。结论白藜芦醇的最佳提取工艺为:加水量10倍,提取温度100℃,提取1次,180 m in/次。 Objective To study the best extraction process for resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum. Methods Using the orthogonal design which contains 4 factors and 3 levels to determine the content of Resveratrol as the index of evaluation. Results Significant effect was extracting temperature and extracting times. Conclusion the optimum condition for the extraction of resveratrol was 10 times of water, extracting temperature was 100℃ and extracted one time,180 minutes at a time.
