摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在牙科焦虑患者口腔修复过程中的应用效果。方法将2014年12月~2016年12月我院修复门诊收治的60例牙科焦虑症患者作为研究对象,按就诊时间先后分组,每组30例。对照组给予常规口腔修复护理;干预组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,采用牙科焦虑量表、牙科畏惧量表、自设满意度问卷及初次治疗后1年内的返工人次评价两组患者治疗前后的焦虑情况、护理满意程度及修复效果。结果 (1)两组患者在治疗前的DAS评分均>13分,符合高度牙科焦虑症。两组治疗前得分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后得分对比,治疗后干预组患者DAS得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后干预组患者DFS得分与对照组患者得分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)干预组患者的满意度得分均高于对照组,其中"治疗体验"方面,干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)初次治疗后1年内,干预组30例患者,无返工情况,对照组中有2例因冠脱落与咬合问题返工。结论对需要口腔修复的牙科焦虑症患者给予心理、环境、用药等多方面护理,能够缓解患者的焦虑、畏惧心理,提升患者的修复效果及护理满意度,值得应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on oral restoration of dental anxiety patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with dental anxiety treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects,and they were grouped according to the time of treatment.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional oral care;the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine care,and the dental anxiety scale,dental fear scale,self-satisfaction questionnaire,and return workers within 1 year after the initial treatment were used to evaluate the treatment of the two groups.Pre and post-anxiety conditions,satisfaction with care,and repair effects. Results（1）The DAS scores of the two groups before treatment were all13 points,which was in accord with a high level of dental anxiety.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment, the scores of DAS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）;There was no significant difference in the DFS score between the intervention group and the control group（ P〉0.05）.（2） The satisfaction scores of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group.In the＂treatment experience＂,the intervention group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（3）Within 1 year after the initial treatment,30 patients in the intervention group had no rework,and 2 patients in the control group had rework due to crown shedding and occlusal problems.Conclusion The psychological,environmental and drug use of dental anxiety patients requiring oral restoration can relieve the anxiety and fear of the patients,improve the effect and satisfaction of the patients.It is worthy of application.
