摘要
目的探讨心理干预在牙列缺失修复患者护理中的应用体会。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月锦州医科大学附属第二医院收治的120例牙列缺失患者,利用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组在治疗过程中进行心理护理干预,对照组在治疗过程中采取常规护理。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、牙列缺失修复成功率、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组牙列缺失修复成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为96.67%,对照组为81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可提升牙列缺失修复患者牙列缺失修复成功率,患者护理满意度较高。
Objective To investigate the application of psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with missing dentition repair.Methods A total of patients with missing dentition admitted to the second affiliated hospital of Jinzhou medical university from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The observation group received psychological nursing intervention during the treatment,the control group received routine nursing during the treatment.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,dentition repair success rate,nursing satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS,SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The success rate of dentition repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,and the control group was 81.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the success rate of missing dentition repair in patients with missing dentition repair,and have higher patient satisfaction with nursing.
