摘要
皮带运输机跑偏的问题是采煤作业中比较常见的问题,通常由落煤不均匀、运行过程中传动、改向滚筒积煤以及承载托辊组运行失常等问题引起。本文围绕煤炭皮带运输机跑偏问题展开研究,以提出有效解决跑偏的方法,从而确保皮带运输机正常运行。
The problem of the deviation of the belt conveyer is a common problem in the coal mining operation, which is usually caused by the unevenness of coal falling, the transmission in the process of operation, the change of the coal accumulating to the roller and the movement of the bearing roller, and so on. This paper focuses on the problem of the running deviation of the coal belt conveyer, so as to put forward a design method to effectively solve the deviation. To ensure the improvement of the economic benefits of coal production enterprises.
