摘要
矸石分选是煤矿生产的重要环节 ,即在煤块中将矸石挑选出来 .目前我国大块矸石的分选大多采用手选 ,工人劳动强度大 ,生产效率低 ,工作环境恶劣 ,严重影响着工人的身心健康 .通过采用图像处理和模式识别技术对煤块和矸石进行识别 ,再结合计算机技术和机械自动化技术 ,从而达到了煤矸自动分选的目的 .
It is important in the production in coal mine that separation of waste rock from lump coal. At present in our country large waste rock are usually selected by hand. Not only the intensity of labor is very high and the efficiency of manufacturing is low, but also the circumstance of working is bad, which do harm to the health of workers heavily. Based on the technology of image procession and pattern recognition, a method is adopted to achieve the goal of automatic selection of waste rock, by recognizing lump coal and waste rock, combine with computer technology and mechanism automation.
