摘要
目的探讨痰热清注射液联合孟鲁司特对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患儿血清ET-1、AngⅡ、leptin的影响。方法选择2013年6月~2015年8月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿88例为研究对象,按抽签法随机分为对照组和实验组各44例。所有入选患儿均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予痰热清注射液治疗,实验组基于对照组加孟鲁司特进行联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后LSaO2、MSaO2、AHI、TS90%,血清ET-1、AngⅡ及leptin的改变情况。结果治疗后,实验组有效率(95.45%)高于对照组(72.73%)(P<0.05)。两组AHI、TS90%,血清ET-1、AngⅡ、leptin均显著下降,且实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组LSaO2、MSaO2均有明显上升,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合孟鲁司特对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿的治疗效果肯定,能够有效降低血清ET-1、AngⅡ及leptin水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with montelukast on serum levels of ET-1,Ang Ⅱ and leptin in children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods 88 children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in our hospital from June 2013 to August^2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Each group had 44 cases.All the children admitted to the hospital were treated with conventional treatment.On the basis of this treatment,the control group was given Tanreqing injection,and the experimental group was treated with montelukast based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Before and after treatment,LSaO2,MSaO2,AHI,TS90%,serum ET-1,Ang Ⅱ,and leptin were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group（95.45%）was higher than that of the control group（72.73）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.AHI,TS90%,serum ET-1,Ang Ⅱ and leptin of control group and experimental group decreased significantly.The experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.LSaO2 and MSaO2 of control group and experimental group increased significantly.The experimental group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with montelukast is effective in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,and can effectively reduce the levels of serum ET-1,Ang,Ⅱ,and leptin.
