摘要
O形橡胶密封在航天器中有广泛的应用,为进一步提升其密封性能,首次提出了含表面织构的O形橡胶密封结构,并采用有限元方法分析了考虑表面织构与否对O形橡胶密封性能的影响,体现出含表面织构的O形橡胶密封性能的优越性。同时,分析了压缩率和流体压力对含表面织构的O形橡胶密封性能的影响,提高O形橡胶密封的工程设计水准。
O-ring is wildly used in spacecraft. In order to improve the seal performance,the structure of O-ring withsurface texture is firstly established,the effect of considering surface texture or not on the O-ring performance is analyzedby finite element method as well,and then the advantage of O-ring with surface texture is represented. Meanwhile,the effectof compression ratio and fluid pressure on the performance of O-ring with surface texture is analyzed respectively.Therefore the research contributes to improve the engineering design of O-ring in the paper.
