摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对提高呼吸内镜专科护士培训成效的作用。方法成立"品管圈"活动小组,通过对呼吸内镜专科护士培训成效不佳的原因进行分析,设定改进目标,制定改进对策并予以实施。结果呼吸内镜专科护士培训成效显著提高,圈员团队精神、责任感与荣誉感、活动参与度、质控工具运用及解决问题能力均较活动前明显提高。结论品管圈活动可有效提高呼吸内镜专科护士培训成效,提升护士专业能力,适应临床发展需求。
Objective To explore the role of Quality Control Circle（QCC） activities in improving the training effect of specialist nurses in respiratory endoscopy. Methods We established the QCC activity group,investigated the reasons for the poor training effects of specialist nurses in respiratory endoscopy,and formulated and implemented the countermeasures. Results The training effect of the nurses was significantly improved,including team spirit,sense of responsibility and honor,participation,ability to use quality control tools and the problem-solving skills. Conclusion QCC activities could improve the training effect of specialist nurses in respiratory endoscopy and promote their professional skills,and thus are applicable in clinical development.
