摘要
实验观察了酸枣仁、肉多糖的药理作用,结果表明,每天口服0.1g/kg,共给药16天,能增强小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,并且对放射性损伤小鼠有一定保护作用。
This article surveys the pharmacological effect of the polysaccharides in Semen Ziziphis Spinosae and Ziziphis Spinosae. The result shows that oral administration of this polysaccharidc (0.1g/kg /d)can strengthen the immune function of cells nd body fluids and to a certain extent p otect mice from radioactive injuries.
