摘要
对“国际指南”中防止压载水传播有害生物和高原体方法的可行性和有效性进行分析，并对我国实施压载水管理提出建议。
This paper analyses the feasibility and effectiveness of the methods in the internationalguidelines by which ship’s ballast water is prevented from spreading unwanted aquatic organ-isms and pathogens,and proposes how to carry out the management of ballast water in China.
