摘要
建筑经济是国民经济的重要组成部分,工程造价是建筑经济的外在性体现,对工程造价管理是目前建筑行业的重点之一。管理好工程造价,将价值工程运用到最大化是建筑行业的目标。BIM的出现给建筑行业带来了一个发展的机会。文章结合BIM运用的现状,通过分析工程建设参与各方在工程造价管理中产生的问题,阐述BIM在工程造价管理中的应用价值,并提出BIM在工程造价管理中的发展方向。
The construction economy is an important part of the national economy. The construction cost is the external manifestation of the construction economy. The construction cost management is one of the key points in the current construction industry. It is the goal of the construction industry to manage project costs and maximize value engineering. The emergence of BIM has brought a development opportunity to the construction industry. The article combines the current situation of BIM application, analyzing the problems that the participants involved in engineering construction have in construction cost management, explaining the application value of BIM in construction cost management, and proposes the development direction of BIM in construction cost management.
