摘要
近来年,国家大力提倡改进工程建设方式,加快推进工程总承包。EPC模式属于工程总承包中较常用的一种建设管理模式,与传统的建设管理模式相比,具有许多的优点。本文分析了EPC模式下建设方所面临的风险,并结合笔者从业经历、管理经验和心得体会,为建设方就EPC模式下建设项目进行风险控制提出一些建议。
In recent years, the state has vigorously advocated the ways to improve engineering construction and accelerate the general contracting of projects. The EPC mode is a relatively common construction management mode in general contracting of a project. Compared with the traditional construction management mode, the EPC mode has many advantages. This article analyzes the risks faced by construction parties under the EPC mode, and combines the author＇s experience to provide suggestions for the construction party to carry out risk control of construction projects under the EPC mode.
