摘要
随着创业热潮的持续兴起,创业激情日益引发高度关注,然而,在国内学术领域,有关创业激情的研究仍然较为匮乏。因此,文章系统梳理了国内外近十年来的创业激情实证研究文献,总结了创业激情实证研究的主要研究方法、研究问题和研究视角。基于现有的研究成果,构建了创业激情实证研究框架,剖析了现有研究的不足之处,并对未来研究进行展望,以期丰富创业激情的理论研究,促进国内创业激情研究的发展,从而更好地指导创业实践。
With the continuous rise of entrepreneurial boom,entrepreneurial passion has aroused great concern. However,the research on entrepreneurial passion is still relatively scarce in the domestic academia. This paper attempts to review systematically the domestic and foreign empirical research literature on entrepreneurial passion in recent ten years,and summarizes the main methods,problems and perspectives of the empirical research on entrepreneurial passion. Based on the existing research results,this paper constructs the empirical research framework of entrepreneurial passion,carefully analyzes the shortcomings of the empirical research on entrepreneurial passion,and makes the prospect for future related research in order to enrich the entrepreneurial passion-related empirical research and promote the development of domestic entrepreneurial passion research,and thus provides better guidance for entrepreneurship practice.
