摘要
结直肠癌是常见的胃肠道恶性肿瘤。在基因、饮食和环境等多种致病因素的综合作用下,结直肠黏膜的上皮组织转化成恶性肿瘤,其发病率及病死率分别位于全球恶性肿瘤的第三和第四位,并呈逐年上升趋势。在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中,肿瘤微环境起至关重要的作用,而肠道肿瘤微环境中的细胞因子来自微环境中的免疫细胞和肿瘤细胞,其可通过多种途径影响结直肠癌的发生、发展。其中,针对肠道肿瘤微环境中细胞因子的研究是抗结直肠癌免疫治疗的重要环节,中药因具有免疫抑制和免疫促进的双向调节作用等优势已在肿瘤治疗的研究中逐渐受到重视。因此,未来对中药靶向肠道肿瘤微环境中细胞因子的研究具有重要意义。
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the gastrointestinal tract.In the combination of genes,diet and environment,the epithelial tissue of the colorectal mucosa is transformed into malignant tumor.The incidence and fatality rate are third and fourth among the malignant tumors globally,and the trend is increasing year by year.The tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the genesis and development of the tumor,and the cytokines in the microenvironment of the intestinal tumor come from the immune cells and tumor cells in the microenvironment,which can affect the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer in many ways.Among them,the study of cytokines in the microenvironment of intestinal cancer is an important part of anti-colorectal cancer immunotherapy,and traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention in the research of tumor therapy because of its advantages of immunosuppression and immune promotion.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the cytokine in Chinese medicine targeting the microenvironment of intestinal tumor in the future.
