摘要
目的 :探讨蜜炙甘草和醋制白芍在复方中是否也同单味药炮制药理研究一样具有止痛作用。方法 :用热板法、扭体法和电刺激法对小鼠进行止痛实验。结果 :白芍和甘草不经过炮制在黄芩汤中的止痛作用不明显 ,两药经过炮制后 ,黄芩汤才具有止痛作用 ,甘草蜜炙比白芍醋制后的止痛作用更好。结论 :蜜炙甘草和醋制白芍在复方中也同单味药炮制药理研究一样具有止痛作用。
Objective:To study whether Radix Glycyrrhizae baked with honey and Radix Paeoniae Alba prepared with vinegar in compound prescription would have similar pain alleviating action to single medical materials processed.Methods:The mouse pain alleviating experiments were performed by the methods of heat plate, distortion and electric stimulus.Results:Scutellaria Decoction didn't show a pain alleviating action if Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Paeoniae Alba weren't baked with honey and prepared with viregar respectively. Scutellaria Decoction would not possess a pain alleviating action until two medical materials were processed. The pain alleviating action of Radix Glycyrrhizae baked with honey was stronger than that of Radix Paeoniae Alba prepared with vinegar.Conclusion:Radix Glycyrrhizae baked with honey and Radix Paeoniae Alba prepared with vinegar in compound prescription will have similar pain alleviating action to single medical materials processed.
