摘要
肿瘤骨转移是癌症晚期患者常见的并发症,常常提示患者预后不良。早期诊断、早期治疗肿瘤骨转移是临床的迫切需求。目前临床上尚未有明确的细胞因子可以预测或者诊断恶性肿瘤骨转移。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、p53可通过参与调控恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、侵袭等机制在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用,且VEGF、p53在恶性肿瘤有无骨转移性的肿瘤组织中的表达存在明显差异,两者直接或间接地参与了恶性肿瘤骨转移相关信号通路的调控。
Bone metastasis of malignant tumor is a common complication of advanced cancer in patients,which always suggests poor prognosis.Early diagnosis and treatment of bone metastasis are the critical demands of the clinical medicine.Currently,there is no specific cytokine in clinical medicine that can be used to predict or diagnose bone metastasis of malignant tumor.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),p53 may play important roles in tumor genesis and development through participating in the regulation of tumor cell proliferation,differentiation and invasion.And the expression of VEGF and p53 in tumor tissues are significantly different in patients with or without bone metastases,both of them are involved in regulating the related signaling pathways for bone metastasis of malignant tumors directly or indirectly.
