摘要
少数民族女童教育是我国民族教育的重要组成部分。在多元文化教育背景下,我国少数民族女童教育发展所面临的问题和挑战主要体现在当前少数民族女童教育的发展水平与民族地区社会经济等发展的需要不相协调。针对这一问题和挑战进行具体阐述并对成因进行分析,提出促进少数民族女童教育发展的对策,主要包括夯实学校教育内核和多维完善校外教育体制两个方面,致力于建构与多元文化教育相结合的具有中国特色的适合少数民族女童特点的少数民族女童教育,从而提高少数民族女童的教育质量,带动我国民族教育的发展,真正实现教育公平。
Minority girl education is an important part of our national education.Under the background of multicultural education,the problems and challenges of the development of minority girls′education in our country are mainly reflected in the fact that the development level of the education of ethnic minority girls is not compatible with the needs of the development of social economy in minority areas,and the development of minority girls′ The paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of minority girls′ education,including the strengthening of the school education kernel and the multi-dimensional and perfect school education system,and is devoted to the construction of the combination of multicultural education and multicultural education.With the characteristics of ethnic minorities in China for the characteristics of ethnic minority girls education,so as to improve the quality of education for ethnic minority girls,promote the development of national education in China,the real education fair.
