低温Li_2O-ZnO-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃结合剂的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用传统熔体冷却法制备了Li_2O-ZnO-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃,分析了玻璃的特征温度、探讨了与刚玉磨料的热膨胀匹配性,研究了烧成温度和保温时间对玻璃为结合剂的刚玉砂轮试样抗弯强度的影响,并对玻璃结合剂的高温析晶稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,以Li_2O-ZnO-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃具有较低的流动温度和与刚玉磨料相匹配的热膨胀率,以其为结合剂制备刚玉砂轮磨具适宜的烧成温度为750℃-790℃,保温时间以1-2 h为佳,所制备砂轮的抗弯强度可达45 MPa。该体系玻璃结合剂烧成时保温时间不宜过长,当保温时间达到8 h时将导致Li_(2.4)Mg_(0.8)SiO_4晶体的析出,从而降低磨具的强度。 Li2O-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glass was prepared by traditional melt cooling method. Characteristic temperatures and thermal expansion behavior of prepared glass were discussed. The effects of the sintering temperatures and the holding time on the bending strength of the corundum grinding wheel using the as-prepared glass powder as binder were studied. The crystallization stability of the glass binder at high temperature was analyzed by XRD. The results show that Li2O-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glass has low flow temperature and its thermal expansion curve matches that of corundum. When the sintering temperature is 750-790 ℃ and the holding time is 1-2 h, a corundum grinding wheel with the bending strength up to 45 MPa can be obtained. However, the holding time should not be too long. When the holding time reaches 8 h, the Li2.4Mg0.8SiO4 crystal will be formed in glass matrix, thus reducing the strength of the abrasives.
