摘要
本文以金属Al粉作为Na2O-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2系陶瓷结合剂的添加剂,通过耐火锥法、平面流淌法、三点弯曲法、扫描电镜和XRD等测试手段,探讨了Al粉对陶瓷结合剂的耐火度、流动性及其磨具的抗弯强度、微观结构和物相组成等性能的影响。试验结果表明:金属Al粉的加入,使陶瓷结合剂的耐火度有所增大,流动性降低;当Al粉加入量为10 mol%时,结合剂的耐火度最大,流动性最小;在780℃烧成时,添加Al粉的CBN磨具强度最高,最高值达101.2 MPa,较基础陶瓷结合剂CBN磨具强度提高29%;Al粉的加入使CBN磨具的致密度提高,结合剂桥上气孔率降低,改善了结合剂对磨粒的把持程度,从而提高磨具的性能。
The effect of aluminum additive on the properties of Na2 O-B2 O3-Al2 O3-SiO2 vitrified bond and its grinding tool were studied in this paper by means of refractoriness testing, fluidity testing, bending strength measurement, SEM and XRD analysis. The results showed that the refractoriness of vitrified bond increased and the fluidity decreased with the addition of aluminum. The refractoriness reached a maximum and the fluidity attained a minimum with an addition of 10 mol% aluminum. The bending strength of the vitrified CBN grinding tool sintered at 780 ℃ attained the highest value of 101.2 MPa, which is increased by 29% than that of Al-free vitrified CBN grinding tool. The density of CBN grinding tool was improved, and the porosity decreased for vitrified bond with the addition of aluminum, and the bonding between the vitrified bond and grinding grains was improved. Accordingly, the property of the grinding tool was enhanced.
